14 day returns

If something is not right, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

How to return an item

Email gav@predatorluresuk.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will send return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will cover return postage and send a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
